Samantha Waite joined the City team in 2025 as Treasurer.  Samantha was born in Hawaii to two naval parents and raised in Newaygo County, where she developed strong ties to West Michigan values and community life.  Samantha values family time and is the proud mother of four children.

She studied Communications and Business Administration, equipping her with a strong foundation for public service and leadership. Samantha is passionate about community involvement and dedicated to supporting growth here.  Outside of work, Samantha enjoys organizing events and spending time outdoors such as kayaking, camping, hiking, enjoying beach days, and traveling with her family.

Known for her friendly personality and easygoing nature, Samantha is excited to be part of this municipality and looks forward to serving this city with enthusiasm and heart, she hopes to make a positive impact and grow alongside the community.
